This service is offered in one of three part:

1. Bill of quantity:

This type of report combines materials and labour under one heading, the report is for persons who are applying for a Mortgage loan and must show how the money being financed is scheduled to be used. This report can also be done for Building Contractors that want to bid on construction projects.

2. Bill of quantity Decoding:

This service is for person who have done a Bill of Quantity and want to check if the calculations will allow them to make a profit or saving during a project.

3. Budget Reports:

This type of report is to simplify construction cost that customers may budget for work and materials separately; as well as providing a background for Accountability.

 

Project Consultation

This service is for persons who are managing their own projects but require the necessary technical support. Our core function in these matters is to provide a path to project success based on the calculation of unit of works and the customer can negotiate cost with workmen.
As the consultant in these matters, we are required to do periodic checks and present a report to the customer on construction quality.

Project Management

If you want to build and need a professional input, then we can help.
We oversee the design, planning and construction of projects from start to finish. We manage our client's business to achieve control of project time, cost and quality. This includes us identifying, vetting, and referring contractors to our clients.
As a project manager we do not operate as a contractor and thus we are paid at a fixed rate base on the size of the project. Our core function is to monitor the flow of resources from client to ensure that the client does not have a headache or unnecessary cost overruns.

This service is to connect clients with reputable construction professionals and tradesmen that can guarantee the cost we budget for a project. These individuals include Architects, Engineers, Land Surveyors, Building Contractor and Tradesmen.
